An FD for sale in Eugene?
I copied this from a thread on the 3rd Gen forum in case anyone is interested.
"im a rotary nut and have an 88 se 2+2 NA, i test drove a 93 tt with 60,000 and 17'' momos with a custom 3'' exhost. the car is selling for 6,500 this 19 year old has no fing idea what he has the engine is strong and runs and drives like a dream, it has the usal aged paint job and a few loose interior parts it smokes at first then quickly goes away and he sais the shop he called said that the motor was shot or somthing so he dosent even drive it he just wants it gone. anyway thats great but the real problem is that im 300lbs ish and cant fit in the damn thing i fell in love with it imidiatly its obvious the kid knows nothing about the car and the whole thing just gets to me, even if the motor blew on my way home i could have AAA toe it to a shop and have a new engine in the thing easy these are exotic cars and its hard to pass up but seriously should i let it go and stick with the car i have now or should i buy it knowing i can fit in it and have it sit till i loose the extra baggage. honestly i feel it would be good motivation but its alot to spend on a car and not fit in it its so hard to chose. so thats my story guys have at it. sorry for the shitty spelling and even worse punk. but you us rotary guys are a closer family then most car groups espesialy because you cant take these cars anywhere we rely heavy on each other for help and advice about our cars and such so i know its worth posting here about this."

Anyone know this car or know of a rotary shop near Eugene that could do a compression test on it? Sounds like it could be good.

There are no rotory shops in eugene. Dealer is extra cluesless, even for a dealer. There is one shop here I might trust to do it, but I'm sure they don't have the proper compression tester. Pretty iffy I would say. You would probably be better off reading FAQs and doing a lot of it your self.
