FD issues

i have an issue with the air pump pulley eating away at one of the intake hoses on my FD, no matter how i try to position the air box that hose always gets too close to the pulley and now theres a gaping hole inside of it. I'm going to get it replaced, but i don't know if it will continue to keep occurring, has anyone else had this problem? its one of the big hoses the one that leads down into the turbo's i think.

Adjust the air pump in. Take up the slack in the belt with the alternator adjustment. That will fix it it is a common problem.
