so on the 4th i was backing into a spot where i was parking all night, but i had a few extra people in the car and well whata u know, spot was too low, it pushed my shift linkage into my transmission. through the cast aluminum and i could see the ring gears. this is in a acura integra and my only driving car well was lol




so if anybody know of a 91-93 acura LS tranny for sale let me know asap.

why dont you just pick up a crap tranny, with bad syncros, for like 50 bux, and put your guts into it.
its not too hard, and cable trannies should be in abundence...
just an idea, if you were closer, i could prolly round one up, but 200 miles is pretty far..

they are actually really hard to find when u NEED them lol, all my local hook ups are bone dry of extras. i have yet to take it off to see the internal damage. i have another dead tranny but he case is still intack and i might just have to swap internals, like u said

yea i bet if you didnt drive it like that, it should be fine.
i just went thoguh the b16 tranny i have, i put a new 3rd and 4th gear syncro and sleeve in mine, its not hard just remeber to take out the 14mm bolt that goes into the reverse gear shaft, and the big C clip on the end under the 1/2" ratchet bolt thingy..lol

drive it like that lol, didnt even have a chance, as soon as it hit i heard a "tink". told the girls in the car to get out cause i thought it was just stuck or something in the tall grass, put it into first and tried to pull forward like normal and all the sudden it was just like booom klank klank klank, got out and went to check under the car and laid down in some nice tranny fluid lol. **** sucks

haha, acutally they arent even big, hot but not big at all lol, the spot where i hit had a ledge from the gravel rd to the field, and since my car already kinda scraped with just me in it the 3 really made a difference i guess, damn lowered cars lol
