There is no way I would buy that thing if he doesnt know why its not running and he built how would I be able to figure out what he did wrong.

another thing says that it gets 10 miles in between charges..

Hmm.. I wonder if he knows why the motor controllers kept burning out..

and doesn't $4k sound like a lot more than he's put into it, according to that thread.. ^_-?

10mi. charge wouldn't be so bad if it didn't take forever to charge..
[Enough for going to work and back ]

btw.. How's he shifting if he has no clutch? Rev.matching~?

I'm sure it would be very interesting in a front end collision with all those batteries directly behind the seats.

How would you like your remains packaged?

True, but at the same time .... that car isn't going to be getting up to a high speed, nor does it have a lot of weight to have inertial to fold up much in a crash. I think it would have more of a bounce off effect. Also you could only be on the street for 10 mins at a time .. I think even I could drive safe for 10 mins a day.
