I-5, pretty much perfect timing i hit the onramp at the same time i saw you guys go by. Red stock exterior FD, and a white FC TII? I got one of your guy's numbers while driving. Hope to meet up sometime and go cruise or do an install or something.

Joe, that had to be Erik and Garrett.

Eriks is a 88 TII with 1500 miles on the rebuild. Garrett just bought that FD from Turbojeff about a month ago.

so this is how you post on the forum. Yea, I saw Erik ahead of me flailing his arms violently out his window and I figured there was a cop so I slowed down. Upon further examination however I saw two red bumps slightly raised over one of the trucks in front of me. At this point I knew it'd be worthwhile to hit the gas and catch up to you two. We should for sure meet and kick it, Steve you are A nooooOOBOAAAHHH but you should meet up with us also and we can go find some Hondas or Mustangs to mess around with. Always a good time. The FD is still running well with no more problems since the belt. I'll be sure to blow this motor quick though so I can call you every day to rebuild my motor for me and then I'll buy you something worth your time like Mcdonalds or something. PEACE. yeah ive seen those two cars arrounf the edmonds lynnwood aswell... but i wasnt very impresed with them... but they were okay.... j/k erik and garret have the sickest rx7s in the nw !!!! and stevee is a NOOOOOOOOBAAAAAAAAAAA

ahh so that was you... yeah i remember seeing a white FC. i'm sure that was you if you remember me getting off at that exit. I always see a montego blue FD driving around in the silver lake area. one time it had a bike rack on it.. i thought it was horrible to even use a 7 to haul bikes around

I guess I better post too........just to keep this thread going, for whatever reason... and to state that eriks TII can't now pull past that hurdle, known as the 120mph mark. We had a nice TII and Corrado exprience friday night. The TII also had a very nice run-in with a certain white DSM on sunday along with some sick drifts.......It was awesome weekend in autosports, I will let erik chime in with the full detailed story.

The full detailed story, ehh?

Yes, we had a little "danger fun" on Friday, lol. Meaning, a little race from 60mph to 150mph... :gasp:. Needless to say, I've never gone faster in my life, and the fact that I had a buddy hanging out next to me the whole time was pretty cool. I started pulling in at around 4.5k in 5th gear, lol.

The race was against '92 Corrado, brand new low compression 2.9 VR6 block, intake, exhaust, tranny etc.

I also ran against my good friends 1g DSM. 2.2 block, super 16g turbo, Evo internal tranny, full 3" exhaust, upgraded fuel pump, running 9psi. He had secretly turned up the boost from 7psi to 9psi before we went to our "track", lol.

Of course he launched about a car length to start it off, but by the top of 3rd I began inching, and by the time we were in 4th I started pulling hard. By the end of our half mile (est) track, he let me get by him because I was pulling so hard (merges into 1 lane).

After this race we went to an abandoned parking lot behind Sears in Shoreline.

I suggest we all try LSD... It'll change your life... lol. I was holding a drift for about 50 feet sideways (dry drift). We got some good video footage, lol.

There is a night and day difference between my N/A (not LSD) and my TII. I honestly couldn't even do a dry drift in my N/A.

i always see that abandoned parking lot whenever i go to school, i was thinking of just messing around there sometime, but the road behind it (dayton) usually has cops on it since i'm on that road a lot. (my friend lives on it) so man, when are we all cruising?

I'm down to cruise on the next sunny day. Hit up my cell phone, we should take some pics down at Alki or something. About that parking lot. I was "drifting" that parking lot above sears with my 240 in the rain. Took the cops about 3 minutes to get there and there is only one exit. They didn't pull me over, however I did run out of the parking lot upon his arrival and then went to the lower parking lot where he followed and I basically outmanuevered him and eventually lost him. I'm not sure what he would have been able to cite me for though. Trespassing maybe? Oh well. Lets all meet up soon.

The Sears off hw 99 in Shoreline has 2 levels. The top level has MONSTEROUS amounts of parking that no one uses, probably created sometime in the 50's when Sears was popular, lol. There's a small road going up above THIS parking lot, that leads to a secluded abandoned parking lot, that's cut off and shielded by trees from the health dept. (or whatever that government building is above it).

It's kind of sketchy because there's only one way in and out.

I wouldn't recommend going there unless you plan on leaving after 5 minutes, lol.

I have several ideas of "meets" we could do. We could either go down to a 'test and tune' at PIR, go down to the Kent street races, or in some way shape or form, go up to Vice's parent's restaraunt and have his mom cook us a bunch of super spicy food for a good price.

haha.. yeah that sears parking lot is actually suppossed to be the "alderwood" mall back in the day, but they decided to move it to lynnwood, from what i've heard from the people that live in shoreline. yeah i hope i get sunday off, i've been working 40 hours a week and going to school so i have no idea if i'm going to get that day off.
