Can i get the 4 Lug Brake Disk off the hub without disturbing the bearing?

OK I have a 4 Lug rear hub assembly. My five lug hub's Bearing is going out...
I thought about getting a new wheel bearing and getting one Pressed in. But i have a 4 lug hub here..
I never tried to do this before. So before i do. Can i just take the 4 lug Hub off and Replace it with my Five lug, So i have a good wheel bearing?
I see two Screws i cant get off. Are these two bolts the only thing holding the disk brake and lugs onto the hub.. Thanks.

nope you gotta press the bearing in and out. You gotta remove the whole spindle. And if you can't get the screws to move then drill the heads off. Thats what I had to do with my five lug swap that I am doing.
