Autocross tracks & those who regularly attend:

Where are all the tracks in the Everett area (i.e. ones close enough to drive to without spending 40 dollars on gas to get there)? I only know of Bremerton, and its an hour drive from my house, are there any others?

And how many of you regularly attend the AutoX's around here?

Here are some sites for those of you wanting to get started in some racing in Washington. The major places were races for Solo II are held are Bremerton, Everett, Packwood, and Kennewick.

http://www.wwscc.org
http://www.nwr-scca.org
http://www.bscc.net
http://www.ssscc.org

There is an autocross course setup in Everett at the Boeing facilities. Check out http://www.wwscc.org. You probably won't see me there because it is a small course and not really worth the drive for me but I will be going to 4 events in packwood and 3 in Bremerton this year (the two day event or practice day weekends).

For any more information on getting started, how to setup your car etc. feel free to PM me or just post in this thread.

Im interested big time, but funds are short. My set up as is:

'93 Touring FD w/ downpipe & catback, almost new set of Toyo Proxes T1-S 235/50/16 (odd size cause I found em used at a junkyard for 195 dollars, less than 5k miles on them)

The one time I went to Bremerton it cost me 40 bucks in just gas, cause its a long *** drive from where I live.

The NWR SCCA website is very helpful. Just check out all the clubs and see where they race. I'm glad I only live about 20 minutes from Bremerton Raceway, or it wouldn't be worth the four or five minutes of seat time I get portioned out to me.
