Yes you can cancel the hotel. I believe its like 24 hours notice though. Don’t forget to sign up for a package. If you really do have conflicts then email me and let me know.

I wouldn’t stay at the hotel if I lived 15 minutes away either. Will you be signing up for any of the packages?

Attention All "hopeful" rotor rally attendees, so far only 13 people have registered for this years event. That's not enough. To make this event happen, we need to have a better idea of how many people are planning to attend.

T-shirts have to be ordered, the banquet dinner needs to be reserved, and dyno slots need to be filled. These orders need to be made in VERY SOON to make sure we get everything in time.

It only takes a minute to register, so PLEASE, if you plan on attending, you NEED to register, so we have the count on what to order. It's not mandatory that you pay immediately upon registration, but you do need to let us know when you plan on making payment.

Also keep in mind that there is no "Rotor Rally reserve fund", meaning we have no big bank-roll to pay for the weekend. The event is funded entirely by package sales, and raffle, and the rest of the expenses are covered by sponsorship, so if you know of anyone who might be interested in sponsoring this, please let us know.

Please register at http://www.nwrotorrally.com/ or if you have any questions feel free to email me at strawburbr@msn.com or call me at (509) 599-4773

Don’t forget to sign up at the Red Lion Inn @ (509) 663-0711. Asked to be booked under the RPNW room block for the cheaper rate.

Please get signed up so I know an approximate.

Great deal! Just a little far for me and weather could still be a little risky up here.

We meet up at the Red Lion Friday. Usually everyone rolls in about 3ish if I can remember right. Then we go to the Classy Chassis pre car show, and car parade around 5:00, the come back by 7:00 pm for whomever wants to do their dyno.

I’m not sure where everyone wants to meet on the west side to caravan, cause I’m not on the west side anymore, but from previous years everyone met in North Bend at the Mcdonalds. When it gets closer to the event I’m sure there will be a caravan to ABF thread.

No you don’t have to have a license, but if you wanna go in the parade, you might want someone to drive for you, or show that someone that’s driving your car has a license for the registration. Just a tad of advice from past experiences. Don’t speed in the city of Wenatchee, they will pull you over for ANYTHING.

I live in Wenatchee, and yes the city cops are *** holes, but the highway patrol aren't super ****. The City Patrol seem to just chill until Fridays...then they go round up their Quota. So don't speed on Fridays.

Hum,
Apple Blossom date is May2-4th. (friday, saturday, and go home sunday).

I see that your not signed up yet, but IF you go to http://www.nwrotorrally.com/ and follow the sign-up process from step 1 down, it will fill you in on how to sign up, package options, and show you the schedule.

For Westsiders we usually plan on meeting I believe at 10-or 11am Friday May 2nd at the Park n Ride in Federal way, then caravan the rest of the way down to North bend. Usually leave North Bend about 1ish I think, to caravan the rest of the way down to Wenatchee.

If you need help, you can call me and I will walk you through it step by step. PM me for my number, or you can call CODEBLUE @ (509) 599-4773, and he can help you too.

I know its a bit confusing if you have never been to ABF so feel free to get the help or ask.

It's really nowhere near as confusing as it looks, so don't be intimidated by it. The steps are very simple. Just make sure you complete them all. One of the bigger problems in years past has been trying to round up all the little things forgotten by attendees at the last minute.
Again, PLEASE SIGN UP. We really need to get this rolling.

Just to let everyone know. Menlo Mazda who usually sponsors us every year, will not be offering the rotor watches any longer. They have been discontinued.

BUT
Menlo Mazda from what I hear through the Grapevine is willing to offer an item(s) for our raffle that are well over $500+ in value.

This item(s) is well worth a trip to Apple Blossom. (theres two of them, and they go as a set). The only way you will be able to win this set item(s) (that any rotor person alive would want...snicker) is to sign up for a package and be at that banquet for your chance.

If your not there you don't win.

P:S
I want this raffle item(s)
