Rob Golden and I (Pineapple Racing) are going. I have press credentials, as well, and am meeting up with some colleagues and friends. Pretty sure Paul Eklund (Primitive Racing) will be there, like last year.

We're staying at Terrible's Casino, which is right up the street from the convention center and a block off the strip. I like the place because it's cheap, clean and you don't have to walk through the casino to get to your room. It's also a 5 minute walk to the convention center...or a 20 minute drive.

This is my third or fourth SEMA. What Sevenstock is to us, SEMA is to the entire industry. It's crazy having 100,000 people in one building all at the same time! Last year, I ran into Mario Andretti, Richard Petty, Barry Maguiar and all the Tuttles (American Chopper)...in the span of 10 minutes. And, when I went to the Mazda area, Weldon Munsey (MNAO Vehicle Line Manager) was just hanging out and happy to have someone to talk to.

 

I will be going... Any idea how to get hooked up with a company so that I can get my car down there?

 

i forgot the name of the hotel im staying at its not a part of any casino and its by the airport, i will be going with welch racing.

ok im staying at the hathorn suites by the mgm we plan on taking the train thing that starts right in front of the mgm or drive but thats not very likely
