Another engine problem
Well I got the car up and running and I can bring it to idle, the trick is if I press the gas at all, it will die out. I was told to search for vaccume leaks and I found two, one a giant hose on the back of the lower intake manafold against the firewall. The other the sub-zero cold start assist plate I made a year ago failed. I just patched those two up and with high hopes fired the beast up...only to have it preform in the exact same way. Any new ideas or thoughts would be helpfull as i'm running purly out of ideas at this stage.

Damnit
Well I took the car into Greg's Japanese auto and they nearly died. When they saw I had so much blocked off and so much of the harness unused they didn't know where to begin even for a diagonistic. So i'm at a total loss now, I can't even get this bastard to work. So anyone know what I should do with this? Yeah they whole fuse thing dosen't work because I can get it to start and idle as long as I want. Its just when I tap the gas, it wants to die on me.

Do'h
Well that was quite stupid of me. Yes, its an 87 non-turbo car without any kind of emissions on the beast. Just simple required vaccume lines and eletronic wires.

Is the Throttle Position Sensor (or its 2nd gen equivilent) calibrated correctly? O2 sensor bad? Any sort of idle stabilization controller? Is it bad/calibrated? Sorry, Im a 3rd gen guy, so I dont know exactly what sensors there are.
