AK Alaska Rotary Mechanic?

Any mechanic shops in AK that have experience with Rx-7s? I just bought a 1980 and wanted it checked out looks like its burning too much oil. Hope this isn't a redundant thread thanks guys.

Oh I'm well aware of the shortcomings of the brilliant rotary engine but I was a whole quart down after 350 miles. I'm planning on driving her from Denali to Chicago. So I just wanna be extra safe and see if anyone can spot anything I can't, otherwise it runs like a champ. So any shops you guys know?

there are a few ways rotaries can loose oil.. Ill try to get all the ones i can remember..

Oil leaking from the oil lines...
Oil leaking from Oil pan engine mount.'
Oil injection set at full...
Burning from bad oil control rings...
Or going into heaven... cheak for oil leaks on the ground first... then see where it might be going..
