After ABF Cruise? 5/24/08

So i didn't get to go, but thought I'd organize a NW Rotary Cruise of some kind. I have a route that would take about 2 hours with some good Pizza. It would be on a sunday afternoon in 2 weeks on the 24th of this Month.

The route starts in Wilsonville, OR, off of I-5, then we take Wilsonville road into Newberg where we will stop for lunch at Abby's Pizza. Then proceed to Gaston, then through Laurelwood, and take one of the best roads in Oregon, Highway 219. Then as we come over the Hill, we will take Bald Peak Road and make our last stop at Bald Peak Park.

Here is the Link: http://maps.yahoo.com/#mvt=h&lat=45....%2C-123.056107

I recently drove this route and it is amazing. This location works for both Portlanders, and Southerners. This trip will be well worth it!

I plan to meet at noon, then be at abby's by 1pm, then the drive is about an hour and a half, so it would be done by 3 or 4, depending on how far you want to drive...

Yeah Oregon has a few. Oh and if you are from salem, I'd make sure you are in contact with fellow RX7CLUB member RW-7. He has done alot of work on my car and if you ever have issues with your car or want a rebuild, he does great work.

Hopefully he has time for the drive

Sorry this weather sucks. Lets shoot for next weekend. Tony is going to be at wilsonville in case someone shows up. These roads are very slick in the rain and Ive almost crashed too many times. So lets hope for good weather for next weekend and maybe we'll get more people!
