89 turbo wont start

I just moved up to Oregon a few weeks ago from LA and I was wondering if anyone around here could help me out. My 7 was starting and driving perfectly the other day and after I replaced a fuel line to the primary fuel rail it wont start. While doing so I disconnected the I also replaced a slave cylinder and rewired my front speakers but that might be irrelevant.
If theres a shop in the Albany, Corvalis, or Lebanon are that decent with rx7's that would be good to know and much help. More so if someone wants to come by an have a look
Thanks guys

You take the UIM Off? And Unplug anything at all besides the old line? When you put it all back together did you remember to Plug all the Air intake hoses back on?

Begin with what you know.
Does it have spark?
Does it get fuel?
Does it get air?

p.s.
The Albany area has several very good people that know and love rotaries, caugh Kevin caugh Robert.

I didnt remove the UIM, and nothing came off besides the old like. The TPS was unplugged but replugged and checked several times. I ordered new plugs, as the old ones needed replacing anyway. Hopefully that solves the issue!

I've got spark (maybe not enough?)
Getting fuel and air as well.
Did the 3 pop compression test and it all sounds good.
I actually met Robert the other day, and we discussed some diagnostics.
