OK. HERE WE GO!

YOU ARE NOT GONNA WANT TO MISS THIS ONE.

2nd ANUAL MT. ST. HELENS RUN!

HOPE TO SEE EVERYONE THAT CAN AT THIS MEET. IF YOU DIDN'T MAKE IT LAST YEAR....... WELL HERE'S YOUR CHANCE. WE HAD 29 CARS ON THE DRIVE LAST YEAR. WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE THIS YEAR. HERE IS ALL THE INFO.

INFO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mt. St Helens Drive
MAY 29th, 2005

Everyone from the North will have their first stop at the 272nd Park n Ride to meet the first group. The directions are as follows.

Head South on I-5. Take exit #147 (272nd St). Turn right off of exit. At first light turn right. Turn right into Park n Ride. If you need gas, turn left off of exit and there is an Am-Pm down the street on the left.

Meeting time: 8:30am

Turn left onto 272nd; get in the far right lane. After the first light you will be getting onto I-5 going south.

(There should be plenty of time to fill up here. I expect we should have about 40 minutes to do so.

Leaving time: 10:30
_________________________________________________

Together We Are
(1st Rest Stop) Approximately 30 miles past Olympia (33 mins)

_________________________________________________
Mt St. Helens Park
We will be stopping at the point of interest, at the entrance of the park for our lunch break. Brian Heston know’s the area from here, so he will lead us the rest of the way through the park.

Note:
Please drive with caution. I know that everyone wants to show off his or her cars, but I'd rather see everyone make it home safely. Please take the road conditions into mind, especially in and around Mount St. Helen's.

lets hope this helps everyone.

Monday the 30th is Labor Day, so most folks wont be working, except in retail. I'm just glad there was sense enough to make it Sunday, when most of the RV's, minivans, and station wagons will already be at their campsites.

Sounds like fun you can count me in. If it is ok with you guys I might just have to bring a guy with a trans am. He used to own a rotary and loves them but currently does not have one. Anyways at least is will give some sport to the highly modded 7's.

Bummer....maybe next time. Monday is a work day, and would make for a long day driving all day to Mt. St Helens and then 5 1/2 hours back to Spokane. Next run/BBQ maybe make on a saturday and some of us easterners might make it.

Take lots of pics....be safe
