I'm looking for a Fujitsubo RM-01A catback exhaust for my FD. There was a group buy on these a while back, would be great if someone still has one in the box. Located in Houston but also willing to ship. Please PM or reply if you have one. Thanks!

If you don't mind me asking, what's special about this type compared to other cannonball style catbacks?

Basically, the tip is a bit smaller diameter than most grapefruit shooters, so it won't look out of place on a stock car. That's my theory, anyway. I also like the fact that it has a single canister-style muffler and is supposed to be not too quiet. I also considered the FEED Sonic Ti, but I'm not sure I can justify the price of titanium. Of course, my impressions of different exhausts are just based on reading forum opinions, so I'm open to hearing people's impressions of these exhausts. Here's a pic of the RM-01A installed on a different car:

I felt compelled to response after seeing a video on Fujitsubo some time ago, As a company, their quality and shop are top notch, definitely a company worth supporting. I considered this exhaust system as well, I like that it’s 2.75in.

as for OP, maybe he wants to have a relatively unique muffler, or has similar opinions to mine.

Good luck in your search

Does anyone know if certain versions of this exhaust had resonators near the flange? A vendor I'm talking to seems to think it does, but the pics from the old group buy clearly show a straight pipe from the muffler back.

EDIT: Still looking

^ can someone ban this guy please. Just a scammer phishing for phone numbers and email addresses. I thought there was a minimum post requirement to post in the marketplace?

There are some that look quite similar to the RM-01A you are after on YJA, might take some elbow grease to get them back in shape tho.

They must have released a different version of the exhaust, Yahoo is flooded with the Legalis R or something, not the rm-01a. Still keeping an eye out for ya.

Yep, the Legalis R and Power Getter seem to be much more common and are both still available. The RM-01A I believe was only available for the FD for a few years, and most info online about it is from that group buy thread on it a while back.

Thanks for the bump and for the interesting vid!
