Reluctantly for sale is my original HKS T04Z Turbo Kit. Arguably still one of the best kits made for the FD. Great spool/response and makes power all the way thru to the stock FD redline. Good for around 500HP depending on the boost level you intend to run. Oh and it looks great too with the HKS logo cast into the compressor housing. 



 Kit includes the ball bearing HKS Single Turbo, T04Z specific Manifold, V Band HKS GT wastegate and Downpipe. Wastegate is plumbed back into the Downpipe from factory. Also includes Aluminium HKS stamped heat shield as shown. I’ve had the compressor housing polished up to a mirror shine. Includes the oil and coolant lines as removed from the car. I’d suggested remaking the coolant lines using this set as a template.



 The turbo came from a friends car that was crashed in August 2022 which I bought back from the insurance company and broke for spares. It was running around 0.95 bar and had just been mapped. Was running absolutely spot on. That said there is a small amount of lateral play in the shaft (to be expected with a ball bearing turbo). No axial shaft play. I’ve taken photos with both housings off so that you can see there is no damage to either the compressor or turbine blades. Everything in the photos is included. Vband clamps aren’t photographed but are included. 



 What you will need: new gasket for downpipe to midpipe and an air filter. 



 This kit is long since discontinued and the stuff HKS are churning out now is IMHO, inferior to this kit. As a result I’ve struggled to price this. There was a similar kit that sold on here about a year ago for 4500 dollars although that had rebuilt turbo. Based on that Ill start at 3500 USD including shipping. That leaves you some scope to have the turbo rebuilt if you wanted (although in my opinion this isn’t needed).
