I have two 99 Spec twin turbo Y pipes for sale. Both have the sequential actuator and crossover pipe. Both crossover tubes have been roughly polished, one a little better than the other. This part will bolt right up place of the 93+ Y pipe and crossover tube, no modifications needed.
