window stopped rolling down??

window stopped rolling down??

Window used to roll down easily then winter came and it snow/iced up and got warm couple days after and it wouldnt roll down?? How can i fix this

Open up the door panel and check the window motor for corrosion around the motor and connections. You can test the motor by applying 12V directly to the connector.

I've been told that lubricating the window tracks with white lithium grease will help.
