Do a search through our classifieds on this forum, you can possibly find one for less than a new one from Mazda.

Are you sure the motor itself is broken? It's quite common for the window switch contacts to get oxidized. If you have a multimeter, test the wire leads to see if it's passing 12v when you press the button.

If not, take apart the switch (carefully) and use a fine sandpaper to very lightly clean the contacts.

If the window is just plain slow, wipe the window seals down with silicone rubber protectant. This prevents the seal from dragging hard on the glass.

If it turns out you need a new window regulator, shop the classifieds for a new one. You can try a junkyard but FD parts are very scarce in junkyards.
