Hey, I dont know much about rotory engines......I'm trying to learn. Will a race ported engine pass smog?

 

simple answer..... no way

 

use alcohol in the tank, hook up the air pump to the cat directly, disconnect the turbo (if you have one), use your stand-alone and trim all fuel so the car is barely running, install the charcoal canister (correctly), and install a cat.
