I have a couple questions sorry if theyre nube questions im new.. will an fd3s lsd fit my fc3s and will the turbo aftermarket headers for an fd fit a turbo II fc??

Well, the FD rear diff is a Torsen. The S4 Turbo II FC rear diff is an LSD. The S5 Turbo II rear diff is different as well.

I'm sure an FC guy will be around shortly with more info.

Why do you ask?

im doing a turbo II swap on my na s5 and i want to get an aftermaket lsd for it but i want to know if some aftermarket fd parts would fit a turbo II fc

Here, I found this thread in a search of the 2nd gen section: https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/fd-diff-fc-tii-rear-end-questions-764393/. A FD torsen carrier can be swapped into an S4 TII rear end to repace the clutch-type carrier.

For your second question, turbo cars don't have headers exactly. Do you mean an exhaust manifold to an aftermarket turbo to? If so, yes, many intended for FDs will work on FC engines. If you're talking about downpipes (after the turbo), the answer would be no.
