Wide Band out put for stock TII ECU ?

Wide Band out put for stock TII ECU ?
87 TII mostly stock, just high flow intake, high flow exhaust, emission contol devices blocked / removed, and AEM Meth Kit.
I have just installed Glow Shift Wide Band AFR Gauge.
The AFR Wide band controller has an out put for data logging, voltage out put of 0 ~1 Volt.
I am using this out put signal from Wide Band Controller to the ECU's O2 sensor input.
I have activated the AFR Wide Band 's calibration button for resetting during a test drive.
Would there be any benefit in getting precise AFR reading to stock TII S4 ECU?
I could feel the car has sharper response to my right foot, although it was not as smooth transition form cruising to 1/2 ~ 3/4 acceleration.
Any inputs and advise are welcome.

a narrowband is used on a factory ECU for closed loop, for acceleration and everything else a narrowband doesnt have the range to determine accurate AFR readings.
If you are on the stock ECU you definitely want the simulated narrow band to be hooked up to the oem connection so the stock ECU can run in open loop correctly.
If you are on the stock ECU you definitely want the simulated narrow band to be hooked up to the oem connection so the stock ECU can run in open loop correctly.

I understood that stock ECU is getting signal form a narrow band O2 sensor @ 0~1 volt.
I was hoping that precise reading from a wide band O2 sensor could help by given an accurate feedback info. of AFR to the ECU.
My question was really about the drive ability issue after connecting wide band data logging output sinal to ECU.
There were a surging symptoms when driven from a dead stop.
But once the vehicle were under way after 1st gear, it response well to throttle input.

Although I have limited knowledge of the "analog output" and jargon like that,I do have an Easy way That I know works.(I'm a wrench not a wiring wizard!)
Keep the Stock O2 in it's place and put the wideband sensor downstream about 30 inches from the Turbo.That way you have both units doing what they do.

The vehicle is currently running on narrow band O2 sensor located at its original location.
The wide band 0 2 sensor is already installed downstream of down pipe, located at the
exhaust Y pipe . I could glance at the reading of wide band AFR & narrow band AFR for a
comparison. I also like to monitoring the AFR Wide Band reading during under boosted
condition.
It would be better if I could leave wide band data logging output signal hooked up to the
ECU and have smooth transition from dead stop to highway speed of narrow band O2
sensor.
