A whole bunch of FB/12a questions..
I decided that instead of making a whole bunch of seperate threads, I would compress all my questions into one thread.
1. I want to do a mild bridge turbo 12A and be able to occasionally street drive it. I realized that blowthrough carb+bridgeport=Big smelly turd if not ran wide open, so has anyone done a Megasquirt setup on a 12A?
2. Ceramic vs. Steel apex seals. Which would be better? I would like it to live a long time and Im not lookin at making much more than 15psi of boost
3. Would an FC NA transmission be a worthwhile upgrade? or would I be better off stickin with my 12A five speed..
I plan on getting the car converted to DLIDFIS, and several other small things.
I know this sounds ambitious, but if you are gonna make plans might as well make big ones right?
Thanks for any help, Wyatt

I'd stick with the FB tranny, and maybe rebuild it if the throwout bearing is bad like mine. You don't have to smog where you are, do you? If not, I wouldn't go for turbo as far as you have to rebuild the engines way too often and it's easier to just get performance parts if you don't have smog **** like I do. That's just my opinion though. If you do it right it's cool though.
