Where is an acceptable place to post questions about engine importer?

I don't want to post things that are against forum regulations. what forums section is the right place to ask about engine import companies?

There was just a thread started in another section on the very same topic,so you could start there.
It has some "blah,blah" in it but if you post as a reply asking about the engines in the thread,it will get bumped and noticed and you could get replies.
