When going single turbo are all solenoids that control the stock twins deleted?

Yes. That would be the charge control, charge relief, turbo control (2 of them), wastegate and precontrol.

The double-throttle, EGR (if equipped), FPR, and Relief solenoids are emission related. Keep/delete depending on how you're set up.
