This is a loaded question.
A good price to buy one already built and track ready? Or are you looking for a budget to build something?
I'm assuming you're just getting into racing, but the budget is also going to range if you're looking to just have something stock/reliable with a few mods to beat at the track or if you're wanting a full TA car.
