You can remove the AST completely , which is what I did . but They sell alluminum ast's and I believe you just need a pressure cap you should be able to locate the correct cap at any autopart stores ( assuming )

Okay so i got it home today
Took off the AST
Put a hose from the filler neck to the bottom of the radiator(like it was when i bought it)
Put coolant in it
Started "her" up and wah lahhhh it ran perfectly at 83 degrees Celsius
Took it for a test drive and only went up to 90 (got on it quite a bit)
let it sit at idle for another 45 mins to 60 mins and stayed at normal temp
No coolant light, stayed below half way C to H on the dash, and stayed at 90 on the commander.

I want to thank everyone for helping, even scrapp haha

So i guess Moral of the story:: MAKE SURE YOUR CAR ISN'T GETTING AIR IN THE SYSTEM!!!

Also i revved it up at idle and had my friend check for any white smoke or any water or anything coming out the exhaust and nothing came out.
Let it sit on dry pavement to and not a drop of anything leaked.

Its easy to mistake gray oil smoke for white smoke, maybe you just get a puff of oil smoke at the start ups.

I would take it very carefully when trying anything else and have the motor checked thoroughly if I were you.

The stock radiator is efficient with a very dense core. It's biggest draw-back is plastic end-tanks.
Fluidyne and Koyo are popular, proven and easy to find from various vendors. But there are others. Fluidyne is ~50% larger than stock capacity, Koyo ~100% larger, but as you go larger the more fitment issues you usually have. Efficiency is (IMO) just as important as capacity.
