k well with some research in detail and some studying i found it to be the fpd ( fuel pulsation damper) and i tore my motor apart and got it off after about an hours worth or work, to find its just missing a little screw on the end just like the v6 3.0 Toyota trucks have 1991-1995 have on there fuel pressure regulator, and i was looking into the banjo bolt and other possibility. Has anyone though about just replacing the end of the fuel rail with a AR line to where the rubber hose attaches to and using some sort of stainless steel double feral coupler like a swage lock union or something and just bypass all of it with a solid line or will that not work?

Fuel pulsation damper. Replace it. It's a necessary part of the fuel system. Don't use a banjo bolt.
