WHAT part is this?

I took a picture of a round thing right almost against the firewall from a RX-7 (I think 1986)

How can I attach it or insert it & send to you so that u can tell me what the part is? I'll try doing it here.

Thank you

Your car is waaaay earlier than 86, it still has the honycomb oil cooler, and you have a 12a, thats a 83ish? Idk my first gens very well, but you have a first gen fb

As i said i don't know those cars very well, but it looks like the brake booster hose, but i have this huge nagging feeling i'm wrong

As Iduley said, depending on what your lower arrow is actually pointing at it could be your brake booster hose or the brake booster itself. Assuming it's the very large black round thing next to the firewall then it's the brake booster.

The brake booster is a part that uses vacuum from the engine to assist in braking by making the peddle effort less. In short, it makes it so you don't have to press as hard on the brake peddle to stop. Although, on the sa/fb they are of questionable use.
