OK What is this certificate

The certificate I'm talking about is the one that is recommended on racing seats, and safety harness. I think its "IHO". I don't want a knockoff seat and harness that rips out if I ever crash.

Most racing seats/harnesses have an NHRA or similar rating. Should be a big patch with an expiration date.

No prob man. If it means anything, the expiration date is really just for racetrack assurance that the harnesses and everything are new. You can use them for street use after the exp date with little worries.
