What is the best exhaust system for an FC3S?
I was wondering if anyone could give me their opinion on what is the best exhaust system for a 2nd gen (1991) rx7? Currently I have two in mind, racing beat's true dual system, which i've heard is quite pricey and appears to not include a high-flow cat, maybe I'm wrong, the website says to call so I don't yet have a price figure. The second is apexi's gt-spec exhaust (http://www.racinglab.com/apexi-gt-ex...mazda-001.html) which is of course cat-back only. If I choose apexi than I have my eyes on an SR motorsports high-flow cat (http://www.srmotorsports.com/sr86xhst.html) which apparently adds 9hp all by itself, if you simply replace it with your stock. I have not found any headers yet, perhaps racing beat makes headers which are not for the true dual, idk. I appreciate anyone's input, thanks!
Anything racing beat is nice. Otherwise its really up to you. If you have a TII, which it seems you don't, the REVTII would be the way to go.
Make sure you run a pre-silencer or catalytic converter though, it really helps with sound tone.

True duals are really only for stock ports, so if you ever plan on porting your car I would avoid it.
In most peoples opinion, whatever they have on their car is without a doubt the best unit ever. So instead you should ask yourself what you want out of an exhaust? Max power? Low sound? Max noise? Biggest exhaust cans? Cheap?
