I’ve had this 1990 Mazda rx7 GTU for 14 years (sitting in my garage) which was my late brothers who passed in 2006. I’m finally getting around to restoring it and find that the VIN looks like it was restamped over. What does this mean? Anything special? There is so much conflicting info online.
