Weird electrical Problem..
So I can understand the fuse box but i'm not used to it though. I had a Volkswagen and the fuse diagram was more in Depth. I just got a new Power Window switch for my passenger side Window. It's not working though. From the drivers-side switch I can still roll the Passenger side window down so I'm confused. Also, do we not have Relays? My switch to adjust the side Mirrors keeps blowing the fuse too. Sooo Confused.
Have you verified if the driver motor still works. If the window is in the up position then place voltage on the Green/Black wire at the driver switch while supplying a ground to the Red/Black wire, otherwise do the opposite. Tell us if it still works.
The pass side switch will not work of the contacts of the window on / off switch on the driver's side are dirty / oxidized. Try toggling that switch on the driver's side a couple of times...you might get it to make contact, which will direct power to the pass side up / down switch. Fuse blowing for the mirrors is probably a short.
Some circuits have relays but some also use the switches for direct control of the load.
You can download detailed wiring diagrams and other useful service information at several sites.

Will do Man, thanks for the help

Please disregard what I posted above. If the on/off toggle switch at the driver side worked properly then the Black/Blue wire at the passenger switch would have voltage w/key to on. Does yours?
The wiring at the switch on the pass side should have power available with key on. If there is no power there then check at the drivers side switch. Then go back to the fuses and main power feeds. Windows are a relatively simple circuit, just go one step at a time until you find your power.

You need to check the Black/Blue wire at the driver switch as this is the wire that delivers power to the passenger switch. If the toggle switch at the driver switch, which allows voltage to be passed to the passenger switch is okay, then you have a loose connection, but you won't know anything until you check this Black/Blue wire for voltage w/key to on while the switch button set in the proper position.

Alright, i'll check in the morning. I'm also trying to figure out why the Cigar fuse keeps blowing. It's supposed to be a 10 and that's what I'm using. I'll use the switch to adjust the outside mirrors and then they stop working because the fuse is blown again. If it's a short, then what do I do?
Yea I wish I had a list of what every fuse goes to. This stupid Haynes manual isn't good enough. Well my logicon works but the lights for me to see everything at night don't work. The digital clock dosen't work at all since I got the car. I'm not really good with Electrical stuff it's hard for me to read Wiring diagrams, I need to goto schoool for this.
