WV Using Heet in RX7?

My question is about the use of HEET in the winter time to fight off fuel line freeze. I want to use the yellow bottle because it says it's for cold weather starts. The red bottle uses isopropanol, and the yellow bottle uses methanol. Since it contains methanol, would it be safe to use in my car? I have an 85 GS with a 12A engine. I had planned on using star tron only, but from what i came to understand it that star tron makes water safe to burn though the engine, but it doesn't fight fuel line freeze.

I guess my second question is, would heet be ok to mix with star tron? I plan on, if everything works out, just to use the star tron by itself, then when temps drop below 32 F, then i would dump some heet in the tank so it can then work with the star tron to help fight off stuff. Reason i'm using the star tron is to keep fuel fresh in the winter, because i may not get to drive my car THAT much in the winter time. so i will use star tron to keep the carb and fuel line clean and keep it free of gum and stuff, while keeping the 89 octane fuel that i put in it, fresh and stabilized. I was recommended that the red stabil fights off fuel line freeze, but i had some bad experience with the dyes in red stabil in a small engine, so i'd prefer NOT to use stabil. I've heard that seafoam contains alcohol, and i'm really anxious to try star tron. thanks for any and all input!
