hi , my name is benji . i own a RZ 2000 FD3S rx7 . it is still has factory stock engine and running gear but rims and end muffler pipe.

heres the problem , when i start the car , first cold start . it runs pretty sweet . not the best but it boosts etc . all turbos work . as soon as i turn car of and start again , the car will not let me use any turbo power , they dont turn on . i can only slightly put my foot on accerlerater , if too much it will throw psi through the motor and cause the turbos are not working is farts a bangs out the back muffler and stutters type thing , its telling me they ant working and dont want to , it only lets you use n/a power .

when plug the dianostik tool into the car , it came up with TPS sensor , and charge control solenoid . so got the TPS replaced. now got the solenoids tested and they all seem to be working and not have a problem ? but it shows on the computer that charge control does.. its like it forgets or something cause when start up cold 24 hour later from last started it will run sweet . maybe not boost 10psi but still runs something , it had vac leak aswell so maybe that why not boosting full psi when does boost . but cant figure out other problem .

i have had three people try to fix the car , it is really getting to me now . any help is really really appreciated.
