twin PCD pattern hubs???

so i was thinking the other day about how crap the 4x110 PCD is to get wheels for (old JDM), and ive recently just finished building my 808/rx3 coupe which im rolling on stockies dress rims and whitewalls which looks great dont get me wrong, but even tho the cars been on the road for a few months im getting bored, so want a set of old JDM wheels such as SSR longchamps or a set of SSR MK3s, not apon looking for these ive found NONE, yahoo auctions nowhere in aus at all there all in 4x114.3!!

so i was concidering changing my studpattern to 114.4 but then i couldnt run my stockies when i wanted to.. when i thought, rx3-808s dont use studs the wheels are bolted on with bolts.. so my question is,

is it possible to take my hubs off, take to a wheel shop and get them to drill in 114.3 on my existing hubs that way i can switch between the 2 with out any hassles?

is this possible or even been done ive attached a pic of what im talking about if you dont follow me,

cheers,

Matt.
