turbo mod

to add a turbo to a non turbo 12a, does it mean a total engine rebuild also because of increased seal pressure?

Vague question.... Turbocharging the 12a is hard but rewarding, there was a company that made a kit actually.

Generally a rebuild is a good idea, but invest time in proper ignition timing and good fuel.
