BC Turbo Manifold

Hello everyone, I've been looking for the gasket between the turbo and exhaust manifold for my 1988 turbo motor and I've been having no luck. I tried Napa, Lordco, Rockauto and even Amazon!

Anyone know of someone in the states or locally that sell these?

Thanks!

There really isn't any good option other than OEM metal ones. Graphite ones blow out more often that not.

Is it mandatory to replace this gasket every time you take the turbo off or is it OK to reuse it? Reason I ask is because I will be removing my Turbo in the future.

Are s4 and s5 interchangeable? I'll be upgrading to an s5 turbo from s4.

I only see a turbocharger gasket for s5 on there and no exhaust manifold one.

re-use if ok.

This question kind of blows my mind from a member since '04?
Not the same gasket between manifold and turbo. Different bolt pattern.
S5 has a devided plenum.

Going S5 requires both turbo and its manifold.

Ha I know its an odd question but I've always been an na guy and I'm just starting to get my feet wet on the turbo scene.

I was just curious if the gaskets were the same, I know the turbo/manifold bolt right on

I just recently picked up an s5 turbo/exhaust manifold-figured its a good effective upgrade.

I made mine for my single turbo setups out of sheet copper, this isn't the cheapest option, but if your planning for high boost and take your motors appart allot for inspection like I do its worth it because they never wear out.
I also make my own head gaskets this way for my turbo v8s and I4s. The reason I started was I couldn't find a copper one for a 2.3 ford turbo and I took out every one I bought the first time the turbo spooled to 2.2bar or touched the nitrous. Even the "good" ones with the metal rings. My only other option would have been expensive machining for stainless control rings.
Also if you take this route I would put just a little extra torque on the nuts and bolts to ensure a good seal because the copper won't crush like a normal gasket

Copper gasket sounds good, what thickness do you use?
