Question tunning questions

ok so ive been reading the haynes manual and sterlings website on tuning a nikki carb, and i had just a few questions.

in sterlings website he uses the term pts=primary throttle stop. im haveing a hard time finding it on my carb and also the ifa= idle fuel control. is there a different name for those things or is that what its called.

also the first step in sterlings tuning page was to adjust the deceleration dashpot and ac idle compensation valve so that they dont interfere with the primary throttle operation..how do you adjust those? and wheres the ac idle compensation valve?
