Hi, i bought a serie 8 fd3s from japan and importing it to my country ( Panama, Central America) and from I have read the best tunning solution is the Power Fc right?? now my concern is, in my country their is no one with expirience tunning this cars and I want to know if this car can be E-tuned? via internet with datalogs and sending them to tuners and tune my car??

Yes, Elliot from Turblown is one of the biggest names etuning RX7's on the Adaptronic platform, but I'm sure there are others. The PFC has been tried and true and is certainly a go-to choice, but due to its age and limitations I wouldn't call it "the best".
