Trying to get it running 85 GSL-SE

I have a 1985 Mazda RX7, GSL-SE. I'm trying to get the car running. The car was stolen and stripped. I need a way to get spark to the trailing chamber as cheap as possible. It really bothers me to see my car returned to me in this very poor condition, but I'm looking on the bright side. At least I got the car back. Someone, that definitely wasn't a mechanic, removed the original 13B motor and a whole bunch of other parts with a maroon colored, possibly a 12A motor, with a Weber carb setup and an MDS 6AL ignition setup, that was wired wrong. I've repaired the wiring for the leading coils and spark plugs, using a waste spark setup.

Here's my problem. I need a way to get spark to the trailing plugs as cheaply as possible.
Both igniters were removed from the distributor. One of MSD coils, for the leading plugs was defective. I've replaced the defective coil, but have no way of getting spark to the trailing combustion chamber. A replacement ignitor is expensive. Can I use a setup from a GM electronic ignition or some other manufacturer to replace the missing ignitor? The stock pickup assembly (reluctor and wheel) are still in place for the leading and trailing combustion chambers. My thought is, that as long as there is a signal from the pickup assembly, I might be able to make something work. Any suggestions? I do have spark to the leading chamber / spark plugs using the MSD system, with a 2 coil waste spark setup. Compression is at 90 PSI all around, so I believe the apex seals are still okay.

Here's my next question. Is there anyway to identify who rebuilt or remanufactured the motor from the color and the Weber carb setup? I couldn't find any tags on the motor except the ones from Mazda. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You, Ken
