Tach - check trailing coil

Dash lights - check fuses

You didn't say year and model... if you have a 2nd gen with no dash lights, check the back of the headlight switch. A common failure point is where the harness meets the back of the switch. If that area is burnt, then you will need to replace the switch and the light switch harness.
