trans inspection plate leaking

I have an 84 automatic, just got done fixing the tranny cooler line leak that I was having (thank you Will s ) I still have a smaller leak, dripping from the lower insp plate. could this be from front seal? cant think of another source. we recently changed it and I'd hate to think I somehow screwed it up and have to drop the tranny again to fix it.

hehe, right Michael, I'll never forget that again...another thing that I noticed before, on the top side of the bell housing is what looks like a vacuum connection that I know had no line going to it when we took it down last time, any ideas what that is for? thought about plugging it but...just not sure
