welcome to the board.

the answer is any and none at the same time. as you're well aware, rotaries are foreign to the Corolla. however, it's been done many times over.

any of the engines will fit. do you have any specific concerns?

anything can fit anything..it takes determination,skill,competence ..and a BFH..!!

You may want to take a look at "other engine conversions" section..lots of info and ideas too.
The latest I have seen is a Rotary Bug and a Suzuki Samarai.,.

any of them are small enough to fit in your bay, its just making the custom mounts, driveline etc.
