Exclamation Throttle sticking open during heavy acceleration

Now I always let my new car warm up after starting, and have driven it quite a bit in the past couple days, but noticed recently a scary tidbit that when putting your foot down more than usual, i think when the secondaries open they stick open sometimes and need to work 'em a bit to close them and cant switch gears effectively because it will try to go past redline, and so is this the ticket for a rebuild? It probably is because it hesitates a bit when touching the gas from idle and seems to skip sometimes at idle. Or would carb cleaner be a good idea? But im not sure 'cuz I'm a newbie to the rotary engine world.

Thoroughly clean the throttle body with brake cleaner, then soak it down in penetrating oil. Go for a few drives to heat cycle everything, then thoroughly clean all the penetrating oil off with brake cleaner.

Oh, carburetor. Well you'll have to wait for another answer then because I'm not familiar enough with the vacuum secondary mechanism to offer any help.
