Throttle spring issues

hi i actually have 2 current issues i wish to fix with my 1982 12A 4 speed rx-7 before i put it back on the road.

first question is that what type or radiotors fit/ have enuff cooling power to work with the 2 rotar system. iv priced out a few places and so far going with the stock style will cost me round 400-550. are there any aftermarket rads less or around the same price?

second question is the throttle spring issue im having, not shure what its called but the 2springs that bounce the throttle back in place are not working properly.

when under the hood and if i fiddle with the mechanism that holds the throttle spring in place the idle drops from 800- around 550-650. BUT if i tap the throttle again the idle sits back at about 800. iv tried oiling this, bending the end hooks to make the spring shorter but nothing seems to change the action.

OH, before i forget what sort of exhaust should i use on an 82 12a for the best back pressure

THANK YOU FOR HELPING, hopefully someday i'll be able to help somone with these issues Rest of the car runs so smoothly.
