Are these Urethane bushing suppose to be like this?

I have these Sway Bar bushings that fit 24mm "A" Brackets. But I was wondering if they're suppose to be cut along one of the sides. Both of them are cut.
Check pictures please. I ordered them from racing beat but i cant call them because they are closed. Would any of you guys have an idea?

Yep. That allows you to slip them onto the bar.

Thank you, I was puzzled about them for a while because all the other bushings that came with the kit weren't like that.
Thanks Aaron Cake.

The others bushings most likely need to be pressed in and the sway bar bushings just get slipped on. Good luck with the mod.
