Tail Lights stay on
My tails stay on after the car is shut off... wtf is happening!? i finally found out and this is what i'm attributing to the various times my damn battery dies on me....
wtf is happening!!? im starting to think my car has serious electrical issues... my inside dome light flashes on and off verryyyy dimly at times while driving.. now this!
any ideas?

Electrical problems are a pain in the behind.
I recently had an issue where my hazards would come on only when I turned the car OFF, and only when it was RAINING. Funny stuff. A slight cut in one of my circuit boards caused minor corrosion across two leads, but apparently the extra moisture in the air was enough to create a short, and turning my hazards on.
No easy answers for these kinds of problems usually.
Have you done anything recently to the car? Thats always the first question I ask myself, is if anythign I've done could lead to some weird problem. You never know. Wheels rubbing in the fenders can cut into cable harnesses, for example, causing all kinds of weird problems.
After that, the only thing to do is get a copy of the electrical manual and start looking. Familiarize yourself with all of the harnesses and how they route, find all of the ground points (a loose, rusted, or cut ground can cause all kinds of weird crap) and check them. Other than that, all you can do is trace the affected circuit and thoroughly examine every cable and circuit board it goes through.

yeah i figured as much 
it seems that the same is true for me, only when it rains does this happen... i hope it's due to the water that sits in my trunk when it rains so if i can figure out where the leak is from i'll kill 2 birds with 1 stone. so garbage!!!

So after searching around for about an hr and tracing wires to find the electrical issues...
I go up to the front and get under the steering column to look around, and i find this little silver button almost under my carpetting... then i press the brake pedal and notice it's the button missing to press in the switch that tells the light to go off.. quick and easy fix. FAIL!!! damnit!!
