t2 swap plz help

i have a s5 na. what will be the easiest way to swap my s4 t2 into it. i have the harness nd computer also have an s5 t2 harness. i wanna keep this simple nd easy so any help would be appreciated. i have searched nd jst came up with alot of mis information. no flamers i aint here for that **** so keep ur stupid as comments to urselfs.
