I keep seeing that you can swap in suspensions from an '84-85 GSL-SE model. How do I figure out which model of RX7 is the GSL-SE when I'm searching the junkyards for parts? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The easiest way is to pop the hood

12A (big blue air cleaner) = GS GL GSL LE etc trim levels
13B (metal "dynamic chamber" which reads "RE-EGI") = GSL-SE

considering that all the other options were offered with the GSL (other than the injected engine, of course).


at a glance that's the easiest.
